A Tip for a Great Letter of Recommendation

Have you ever been asked to write a letter of recommendation?

If you’re like me, the first thing that comes to mind when someone asks for such a letter is what an honor!
Geez, I mean, the person asking you for this letter considers what you think about them to be important. And what you write about them could help them in a meaningful way.

Very honoring, right? Yes!

Very intimidating, right? Yes, it can be.

Sitting in front of a white sheet of paper can be very frustrating… and time consuming. That’s the way it used to be for me, until I figured out that the Pyramid of Success can help me not only write a better letter but write it more quickly.
