The Pyramid of Success: Assessment for Schools

This is an online assessment (100 questions) that is anonymously taken by team members. The assessment is based on the 25 proven behaviors to achieve true success (as a team) found in John Wooden’s Pyramid of Success.

The 100 questions are broken up into the 25 blocks of the Pyramid of Success. Each block has four questions.

Once you purchase The Pyramid of Success: Assessment for Schools you will be contacted to set up the assessments. The leader (e.g. superintendent, principal, etc.) will take the assessment first. This is the ONLY assessment that is singled out. Then, a link will be given to the teammates who will take the assessment anonymously.

This process will generate two documents. A document of the leader’s Pyramid of Success, and a document of the team’s Pyramid of Success. From there, you can identify the “gaps” and start working on it.
